と聞かれた瞬間、頭が真っ白になる人は多い。
でも実は、
完璧な意見は求められていない。
必要なのは「立場を示す一言」。
1. I think ~.
紹介
最もシンプルで、最も安全な意見表明。
回りくどく考えず、とりあえず口に出してOKな基本形。
例文
- I think this approach makes sense.
この進め方は妥当だと思います。 - I think it’s a good idea overall.
全体的には良い案だと思います。
2. In my opinion, ~
紹介
「私の意見では」と前置きすることで、
主張をやわらかくできる社会人向け表現。
例文
- In my opinion, this plan needs more time.
私の意見では、この計画にはもう少し時間が必要です。 - In my opinion, we should focus on the long term.
中長期を重視すべきだと思います。
3. From my perspective, ~
紹介
「私の立場から見ると」。
部署・役割・経験を踏まえた意見を言うときに強い。
例文
- From my perspective, this is a branding issue.
私の立場から見ると、これはブランディングの課題です。 - From my perspective, the timing is important.
タイミングが重要だと思います。
4. I agree with ~.
紹介
賛成するときの基本。
理由を一言足すと、ちゃんと意見を言っている感が出る。
例文
- I agree with your point.
その意見に賛成です。 - I agree with you, especially about the target audience.
特にターゲット設定については同意です。
5. I see your point, but ~
紹介
「言いたいことは分かるが」。
反対意見を出すときのクッション表現。
例文
- I see your point, but I think the cost is too high.
言いたいことは分かりますが、コストが高すぎると思います。 - I see your point, but I’m not sure it will scale.
ただ、スケールするかは疑問です。
6. I’m not sure about ~.
紹介
即答できないときの逃げ道。
否定でも賛成でもない「考え中」の表現。
例文
- I’m not sure about this approach yet.
この進め方についてはまだ判断できていません。 - I’m not sure if this is the right timing.
今が適切なタイミングか分かりません。
7. It depends.
紹介
条件次第、という大人の回答。
このあとに on ~ を足すと会話が続く。
例文
- It depends on our budget.
予算次第ですね。 - It depends on how we define success.
成功の定義次第だと思います。
8. I don’t have a strong opinion, but ~
紹介
「強い意見はないが」と前置きすることで、
発言のハードルを下げる表現。
例文
- I don’t have a strong opinion, but I think this could work.
強い意見はありませんが、これはうまくいくと思います。 - I don’t have a strong opinion, but I’m slightly concerned about the risk.
大きな反対はありませんが、リスクは少し気になります。
9. If you ask me, ~
紹介
カジュアルな「個人的には」。
雑談・ラフなミーティング向き。
例文
- If you ask me, this is worth trying.
個人的には、試す価値はあると思います。 - If you ask me, simplicity is the key.
シンプルさが一番だと思います。
10. I’d need more information to decide.
紹介
判断材料が足りないときの誠実な回答。
黙るより100倍印象がいい。
例文
I’d need to see the data first.
まずデータを確認したいです。
I’d need more information to decide.
判断するにはもう少し情報が必要です。
